“I joined Crossfit Leeside 3 months ago and it’s the longest time that I’ve stuck with a tailored exercise programme. There are times to suit everyone, and every class is like a personal training session as there is a maximum of 12 people. It also only takes an hour so you are in and out in no time with a challenging workout under your belt. There is a wide range of ages and abilities, and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. You can scale the workouts to suit your own fitness level and progress is swift. I like the fact that Shane and his team really take care to make sure members are doing the exercises correctly and safely. My fitness level has really improved since I joined, and I look forward to the three sessions a week I’m currently doing. I really couldn’t recommend Crossfit Leeside highly enough. “This is everything a gym should be. Professional coaching, great equipment, varied programmes, flexible to members and an atmosphere second to none. Shane puts a lot of planning into ensuring the daily workouts hit a range of fitness, strength, power, endurance and aerobic capacity. There is a strong emphasis on form, safety and mobility. The coaches have been trained in the Leeside ethos with a focus on form above weight or rep count. The atmosphere Shane creates is as close to a team environment as a gym could be, and everybody follows that lead. For anybody who is moving from a team environment to training alone I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Its never a chore to go to Crossfit Leeside.”

Coming from a body building background which can be a very isolated way to train crossfit leeside was everything i was looking for the sense of community is felt the minute you step inside the door from all the coaches to the other members.
