Barbell Complex

Go as heavy as possible in 5 sets in the following barbell complex:
3 unbroken rounds of:
3 x Front Squat
2 x Hang power clean
1 x Shoulder to overhead

Rest 3 minutes between sets.

  • Gun Show (100 Bicep Curls With Empty Barbell) 20/15kg
