Barbell Ladder

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8……

  • Power Clean 50/35
  • Hang Squat Clean 50/35
  • Thruster 50/35

Start with 1 rep of each exercise,then 2 reps and so on.Climb the ladder as high as possible in 12 Mins
