  • Turkish Get Up 1 Rep Max

Metcon

Tabata (20 sec on 10 off)  8 Rounds of each exercise.

  • Plank
  • Front Rack Lunges
  • Swings
  • Trx Rows

Then

4 Toes-to-bars Every 15 secs for 4 mins.
